I'm looking for someone who specialises in the Australian Immigration system, who has a successful track record in advising, compiling, and filing for successful De Facto Visas (subclass 820 and 801). You should have recent experience and extensive knowledge of the visa, be able to prove that you've done this before, and be available for an immediate start.

Able to assess applicant's situation based on Australia's migration framework and DIBP policy as relating to 820 and 801 partner visa's, assist with application filling and processes information. Relevant Skills and Experience Australian qualified solicitor, with academic and practical background in immigration assistance. Able to navigate forms, assess eligibility, draft statements and earmark issues as or if they arise. Proposed Milestones $444 AUD - Project completion and delivery, incorporation of feedback (if any)
