Contract/ Agreement writer

I need a contract written under australian/ global law that hands me full copyright, intellectual property rights/ single ownership of any design work appointed by me and upon acceptance by a graphic artist/ designer to undertake such work. It would cover that I am the righful single owner of any work undertaken during the course of the agreement/ contractual employment. The contract is to specifically cover Logo Design, Brand Design, Slogan writting/ Design including all ideas and concepts provided by me and any of the work the freelancer would create and complete whilst working on the agreed project. Completion hands all rights to me. The contract would also cover non disclosure, confidentiality to any party outside of myself and the agreed contractor, no third parties etc.
