Judgement Copy

I am seeking to retrieve a copy of a judgement in a PIL filed by Petitioner J.P. Nagar 1st Phase Residents’ Welfare Association before the Honorable High Court of Karnataka. There were many respondents including BBMP, but one of the respondents was Respondent 8 [M/s. Sobha Developers Ltd.]. The judgement was apparently delivered on 4 December 2012 by a bench comprising Chief Justice Vikramajit Sen and Justice B.V. Nagarathna.
