I have a seed investment agreement. It has 16 terms, and they should easy to someone familiar with these agreements (attached part of the agreement). I need to the selected freelancers to write two things next to each item
1) explain the terms in more understanding way for someone who's not coming from law background.
2) provide his opinion what we should respond for each item, like is it fair or not, should we negotiate or not..
