Hi, I'd love to help you with your postfix situation. I'd have a look at your system logs and give things a quick once over to make sure the issue is in fact a loose configuration and if it is I'd set postfix to only allow mail to be sent by local applications. If there's any other reason for mail being sent out I'll let you know. At them I'll provide you with a brief document explaining what I found & steps taken. Of course you need to understand that if you have a form vulnerable to attacks and you configure a user to send emails though that form, postfix ain't your problem... I'm available for any queries you may have...
