GO Feedback Agent

Hello Freelancers! I have a project that needs completing and require your help. The project is a feedback agent or a service daemon that reports system load. This is done via a socket connection and returns a percentage of available resources left on the host machine. These are some of the configurable options that are calculated to determine available host resources: - RAM - CPU - TCP Connections Additionally, the daemon should be able to be configured so that changes to the config file can be made without having to restart the service daemon at a specific interval. More detailed information will be provided upon request and acceptance of this freelance task.
