Your issues related with dkim records, required access to the dns zone of your domains ( somewhere where is dns manager ) and access on the email server for adding a smtp milter. SO .. if your plan of hosting which u got doesnt have root access, u may not be able to do it. Also saw u might thinking to have another VPS which root access... if u want a proper configuration for your hosting & mailing handling, let me know.
