I want a traffic exchange website, something like 10khits or ytmonster. Basically users sing up and start with a certain amount of points that they can use to have their websites/youtube videos seen or earn more by seeing other user's links, must be compatible with a Linux VPS.

I'm open to hear proposals and know what type of technologies you would use for this. Developer must follow the KISS principle and comment thoughtfully as this project might be expanded and customized by other developers in the future.
