Vrtualbox expert need for just running an xp virtual machine on a server

We need some support for just run a virtualbox machine on our server.

The virtual machine face some errors . One of this is attached and should be this one, but is possible that will be some error more.

Also we would like to reduce the xp virtual machine space from 22 gb to 20 gb and the possibility to convert from virtualbox to vm ware that is native in server .
