Solutions Architect with Networking

Job Description: Job Title: Solutions Architect (Networking) Location: Barcelona, Spain (50% Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Contract (Possible chances of extension) Client: T-Systems *****************************************************************SPANISH (FLUENT) REQUIRED/ENGLISH REQUIRED******************************************************************** What is the scope of this project? Big infrastructure transformation project. This person will participate in the Design and definition of new solutions (both high and low level) including both the technical solution aspect, as well as the definition of the service and associated costs. Professional experience required: • More than 5 years of experience in designing LAN / WAN / Security solutions Technical requirements:  Extensive knowledge of network technologies, including:  Complex routing / switching technologies (Datacenter): Spine & Leaf, VxLAN, EVPN, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP4, MPLS, VPLS, FCoE, QoS.  Infrastructure technologies: Switching / routing on Campus.  Network Security Technologies: Firewalls, proxies, balancers, DNS, bandwidth managers.  Manufacturer solutions knowledge: Cisco, Juniper, Brocade, Checkpoint, Paloalto, Fortinet, F5, Radware, Infoblox.  Knowledge of monitoring and operations processes and tools.  Knowledge of virtualization and cloud computing technologies. Academic Requirements / Certifications / Languages:  Higher Cycle, intermediate or equivalent training.  Spanish language (spoken and written)  English language at a medium level (spoken and written)  Cisco (CCNP), Juniper (JNCIS), Huawei and / or equivalent manufacturer certifications *What desirables skills would be useful for candidates to possess that can add value towards the project? NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT MANDATORY:  Certificación CCIE R&S.  Experiencia en entornos de SDN (DNA – SD Access) , SDDC (Cisco ACI), NFV.  Certificaciones en entornos Cloud (Azure, AWS, Google)  Certificaciones en seguridad. (Cisco CCNP Security, Checkpoint CCSE y/o equivalentes)  Metodologías ágiles, Design Thinking.
