Create an app logo and icon

I'm interested in getting a more polished logo and icon for my app. The current versions of each are attached for reference.
This app is designed for small business owners, so the design needs to be accessible and friendly, not corporate or stodgy. I would like to have a red-and-white awning (see the attached icon) incorporated into the logo design since this is a recognized symbol for small businesses. Note: The Google My Business and Yelp for Business apps have similar awnings in their app icons, so it needs to be differentiated to some degree.
The current logo generally has the right feel to it, but I'm looking for a more creative design. The primary colors in my app are #1E6583, #70C1B3 and #D11345, but I'm open to changing the second and third colors if there's a better match to the first one. I prefer a square logo to the current wide one, but I'm open.
I'm also looking for a matching app icon. The attached icon incorporates the local store, delivery options and online ordering (the WiFi symbol in the cloud). There's a lot going on, but these are the aspects of the app that I would ideally like to be highlighted in the icon. The red-and-white awning is a design element that I like, and which would tie the app icon to the app logo.
I'm fairly open on the design beyond what I've stated above. I just want something that will appeal to non-tech savvy small business owners that would make them want to try an app that will help them manage their small business to be more successful.
