Automatic classification of Lidar Points cloud elements

Hello,     I have a large amount of information collected in the Point Cloud field with Lidar. From this information we want to be able to classify different elements:   - Power Lines - Poles   - Interferences in the line   - Creation of patterns and extraction of them (hydrant, manholes, any other infrastructure element). - Automatic or semi-automatic classification of the point cloud of the detected elements. - Detection of the previous elements and transform them in 2D (shape for example) So far the tested software has not generated a good result, and I think it is possible with a good filtering and cleaning of the point cloud we can automate quite the above. Any suggestion or idea will be welcome
