Magento Expert: List back order message in checkout page

In the Magento CART when a product is out of stock but is still orderable you get the following message:
"* This product is not available in the requested quantity. ??? of the items will be backordered."
I need above message to be listed also in the Checkout Order Review page. What you have to do is only take the CODE from the CART and copy to the Checkout Order Review page to display the out of stock message for items out of stock.
Bid only if you know what I'm talkng about and if you master perfectly magento.
The message Should be listed in each store view of my shop. Language: English, Italian, French, German.
