Manufacture a Product for me

Kindly clarify few things 1) do you have engine which needs to be machined or you have design and you want it to be made. 2) if you have physical engine which needs changes then I suggest local cnc shops. Do you own your own CNC machines? I am not owner of that machine. I will go to a workshop who has edm machine, CNC lathe and milling machine. Proposal: Hi I am Mechanical engineer and expert in design and drawing. My friend has a workshop where he make mold. I will take his help.
