Marketing Strategist for Custom Sportswear Company in Australia

We are a Custom sportswear company based in Brisbane. The company is just over 4 years old. Our main customers are Schools and clubs. The company having 2 different brand name for it's product lines. One brand for all custom Sportswear and another brand for School leavers related products. The School Leavers brand is one year old and having good potential. The Sportswear brand having some old customers ( mainly schools) but not getting much reorder even if the customers highly appreciated our products & services.
We are looking for someone who can help us to create some realistic marketing strategies to grow more in the schools, clubs and corporate label. From the past we have been using email marketing as our main marketing. we send physical catalogs for some products and have one overseas sales guy just started this year. we have done small amount of social media marketing, but had no success.
If you are familiar with the Australian club uniform ordering process, school uniform ordering process then it will be a bit easier to make plans. If not then it is not a big deal we know how do they do it. If you think if you can help us, please let us know we will discuss further. Thank you
