Cold Calling, Lead Generation to drive attendance to an upcoming webinar

We're a software company that is generating significant interest in the Utility sector with our billing solution. Specifically we're targeting Multifamily, sub metering companies where we know legacy billing software or in house systems just aren't cutting it. We have a webinar we'll be running towards the end of February and we need your help to drive attendance. We'll have a list of companies/contacts that we'd like your help to reach out to and get their commitment to attend. We'd also use your help in following up with every positive response prior to the webinar to remind them and confirm their attendance.
