Job description
We’re seeking a Market Development Representative (MDR/SDR/BDR) specialized on inbound market development, outbound marketing, client development, and lead development in finding and increasing qualified opportunities for our company. This is a junior level or entry level role and requires strong verbal and writing skills (English-US),
The MDR will be primarily responsible for:
Building relevant and targeted lists of prospects to reach out through email campaigns, calls, professional networking, social media, etc.
Qualifying prospects to ensure only the best leads are being passed to sales to turn into customers.
Creating & updating forecasts
Representing our company, product and brand in the market
The MDR candidate should be a self-starter with a track record of successful lead development through emails, phone calls and other methods, follow-up. Successful candidates will be data-driven and have the drive to meet/exceed assigned targets.
The MDR will be a member of the marketing team, but will work closely with leadership

Specific responsibilities
Source and generate prospect lists that match our ideal client profile to pass to contracting team to gather contact information
Develop and use email framework to reach and nurture leads both cold and warm leads from initial contact to follow-up, qualification
Prospect, educate, qualify, and nurture leads to create sales-ready opportunities
Keep abreast of industry and company trends and information to ensure you are a trusted, credible resource to prospects
Research prospects to learn more about their role and background and to understand common pains for their industry prior to communicating directly with them
Consistently use the Hubspot sales CRM to document prospect interaction and ensure efficient lead management and proper nurturing. No interaction will go undocumented.
Develop and maintain daily plans to maximize time spent with prospects, including email campaign initiation, pre-call planning, metrics tracking, and customizing scripts to best hook market segments and prospect type
Be fearless, firm, and respectful when challenging prospect perspectives or bias against our product; use a consultative and educational approach
Identify objections and assist in managing prospect’s decision-making process
Qualifications
Marketing experience including email campaigns, Social Media marketing, phone calls, project delivery
Strong written communication skills
Positive and energetic phone skills, strong listening skills
Outstanding relationship-building skills with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity
Lead qualification and sales development experience
Great conversationalist and student of business and sales trends
Strong ability to learn new things quickly
Ability to work in high-energy sales team environment as a team player
Quick and efficient with software and email
Track record of exceeding assigned sales targets
Skilled at executing a prescribed disciplined and repeatable sales process
Experience using a CRM system and the discipline to document everything in it
Ability to engage a variety of audiences
Ability to work in multiple time zones
