Join our team Join our entrepreneurial team and support VP Recruit’s charge to become the go-to recruitment website of choice in the international education sector. Our ideal candidate is extroverted, business savvy, entrepreneurial, driven, and tuned-in to the Middle Eastern education market. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can sharpen your sales, administrative and relationship building skills. You will be contacting schools/universities in the Middle East who hire Native English Speakers! What the role involves: • Drive growth by selling VP Recruit’s online recruitment services • Research and identify new sales opportunities within the education sector • Develop strong relationships through phone and professional networking • Conduct sales calls and product demonstrations over the phone • Prospect new revenue opportunities via inbound and outbound (self-generated) leads • Build a solid pipeline to ensure quarterly targets are reached and exceeded Desired skills and experience: • Experience with sales and working towards individual and team targets • Native-level language proficiency in Arabic • Experience in sales, online advertising, marketing and/or recruitment an advantage • A local network of contacts in the education sector is beneficial • Strong communication skills are essential • Attention to detail and good organizational skills is key *Please note that this is a commission based task, with every school you recruit we offer a competitive pay of $1000 CAD.
