Implement a flat top filter using Semidefinite Program Relaxation algorithm with CVX package in matlab

I'm trying to use SDR Convex optimization algorithm to implement a low pass filter (with or without linear phase requirement). But have some concept not very sure. If u are familiar with signal processing and cvx package in matlab , u can bid the project. It is a simple coding exercise to help me understand the cvx usage.
