It is about medical image processing
I need to fuse SPECT and CT images
I just need to fuse them but the results must be in the same scale, with the same number of pixels as CT. Because I need to open these slices in another program and it immediately recognize the pixels for real measurements of the patients.
CT original file, has the tomography slices already done. For example 673 slices. SPECT original file has a volumetric image, in a smaller scale.
The results must be in the same extension as the original files. dcm (DICOM)
If the intensity of SPECT images is not good we can increase this parameter.
I think it will not take a lot of time, because there is already an extension for medical images, but I dont know how to save it, just the slices, with the same scale in format

They are all the files that are created, I sent the complete floder in case you need to take any data or information. CT images start with CTACL1.25.. and SPECT im
There are three files TomoWB, one of them is the one that would be used for fusion. I was using TomoWB_EM_IRACSC001_DS, but I think it has the same properties as TomoWB_EM_IRNC001_DS
I already uploaded in gdrive all images, Kindly ask me for the images. Thanks.
hello dear, i am PHD scholler in electrical. i m expert Matlab/simulink, image processing, GUI, C++ coder, neural network, algorthim solver. complet program brif in google meet.
Hello, I've read your description carefully. I have experience of DICOM file processing for many times such as dental DICOM files. If you contact to me, I'll discuss more about this. Thank you.
