MapWinGIS integration to Access 2003 application

Hi to all, I am looking for a developer with the skills to write some procedures that we can integrate in to an existing application in order to display a map. Procedures include:

subMWCreateLayer(EventID, LayerType[cctv, guard, incidents,stafflocations],sourcedata)

Create a shape file named eventID_LayerType if one doesn’t already exist. If one exists, delete it and re-create it.

The shape file created should contain a marker for each entry on the sourcedata recordset. The sourcedata will be a normalised query returning : longitude, latitude, elevation, reference, title, note, glyph.

subMWLoadMap(EventID, graphiclocation, topx, topy,botx,boty)

Check if a map has been created for the event, and if so load the map in to a mapWINGIS window placed on a form. Once the map is loaded,

Load and overlay the graphic from the graphic location and stretch it to fit between top and bottom corners

Zoom the map window to fit between top and bottom corners

Run SubMWLoadStaticLayers

SubMWLoadStaticLayers(EventID)

Load zone, cctv and guard shape files and display them on the map.

SubMWLoadDynamicLayer(shapefilename)

Unload the layer if it’s currently being displayed

Load the shapes from shapefilename and display them on the map using the png file found under the glyph field on the shape file.

SubMWProvideCoordinates

A procedure that can be added to the onclick procedure on a MapWinGIS control within a form that places the coordinates in to global variables, which can then be used to create a record in a table, or to assign coordinates to the currently selected record.

SubMWCreateZone

A procedure that allows a user to create a shape on a map by drawing it and store the data to an Access table and also a shape file.
