2 hour Task -> SQL Optimization with excel report Output

The time spent on this project needs to be 1-2 hours (3 hours max) and 1 day to complete. If you can't complete the task in this time frame please don't bid

If you can do this task and reduce in 50% or more the time it takes to run we are interested in paying you for this task and assigning you new tasks! Just run the sp on your local machine and show us the time it took originally and then run it again after optimization and show the time improvements and we will hire you and pay for the job and talk about new tasks

We are using this SQL optimization project to evaluate and select experts for our other ongoing projects, this optimization itself is MINIMALLY critical and the most important factor here to find qualified SQL experts who can improve eficiency (time) of the stored procedure to run and improve the output format (to excel with filters, headers etc).

We can award you the job and create milestone if you can show us this optimization and then release it once we run the job on our aws and confirm the optimization.

Output of this stored procedure should be to excel with some minimal formating (filter and freeze top row, font, and highlight some columns like the exemple excel that we attatched), currently we copy/paste results to excel then manually apply filter and other modifications and we want to avoid this.

Some details:

We have a mobile phone rental service and we need to audit the phone bill every month from the phone company then we need to recalculate the amounts that we will charge our clients. The stored procedure we are putting below is the primary report generators we use calculate amounts to charge our clients.

Currently it takes 45 min to load (on a [login to view URL] aws server) and has never been optimized for speed.

1) We're in the hopes that this can be significantly reduced (1/4 the time or less) with proper optimization.

2) we would like the output to go directly to excel with some modifications (filter/freeze top row, change font size, color columns). Example desired excel output attached
