Android App Video Editor

Seeking App designer to create Video Editor App for Android. 8 Special effects are required. Similar to others such as Epic moovie FX and FxGuru movie fx director. It needs to be loaded successfully on Google Play. The code must be unique to the industry and wholly owned by myself. People whom have done this before and other Google Play apps are welcome to apply. Those with knowledge of small special effects options are welcome to apply.
