Write an iPhone and Android application

Hi We need iPhone and Android app with source code when its completed. Source include psd and all necessary files of iphone and android app. Moreover there should not be your company name in code nor while it deploy to apple store or google store. It has to be our company name bluesharksolution. You must sign NDA for this. Deliverable ============ 1. An app with built in e- book reader (PDF). 2. Display dynamic pages content managed by admin panel. Like About us, profile, terms, contact us etc. 3. Required user registration from app itself. Registered user can contact editorial team through SMS, phone call, email, wall chat, face book. 4. With native app facility, updates will be downloaded automatically. There will not be any need to search and download the new issue every time 5. Push message functionality will be beneficial to the registered user in terms of announcements regarding release of new issue/special issue, workshops etc. 6. With built in e book reader, one will be able to customize font size, background color etc. and also auto scroll, text to speech etc (beneficial feature while driving) 7. The reader will be able to bookmark, search the topic from current and past issues. 8. Current Year issues will be displayed like latest issue first with title, author name , number and PDF + HTML link. 9. Bulletin (issues) can be uploaded from admin panel only. (It will contain some text fields and a PDF file) 10. Issues will be uploaded category wise. 11. Give option of downloading manually. In this way, the reader will get the entire recent issued ready to read whenever he opens the app as this will get downloaded automatically without his knowledge. (Every time an update is uploaded, it will replace the previous one). This way, reader will not have to keep waiting while downloading. 12. Once issue saved in the device, next time when user open it to view the issue should open from device storage. Storage directory of issues will be Month + year wise like “Aug 2014”. 13. An admin panel in PHP to manage all dynamic data like pages, bulletins, users etc. 14. The app should have links for home, pages, registration, current issues, past issues, login/logout. 15. Past issues should be shown year wise, month wise. 16. The application should work in all Android and iPhone devices. 17. Need to put the application for download on Google play store, Chrome App store and iOS. 18. The application can be installed by only predefined user saved in database. Before installing the application, it should ask for authentication values which application will check with saved information in database. Happy bidding.
