Game developers/team who can create a game similar to Dragonvale.

Hello potential game developers, *Please note* - This Elance job is created to get an estimation about the price it would take to create a highly polished game for the iOS and other future platforms. I will be crowd funding the money to create this game as I can't afford to fund the coding part of the game myself. I am looking for well established game development teams who are highly skilled and trained in game development. I am not looking to have the game done yet. Only after I have successfully crowd funded the money for it will I for sure know who I will be going with and we can go ahead with the development. *Also note* - The main things I need from the developer is a company who can create the following for my game. Game animations of characters and Game sfx/animations, game sounds, character sounds, character descriptions and in game descriptions of objects, buildings, decorations etc and above all the coding part of it. As this is getting outsourced I get all rights to the game source code as well but your companys name will be put in the credits of the game. I can provide all the graphics, character designs etc for the game. I also have a separate game designer who is working with me on how the game will play and the valuations of characters and levelling up etc. I have the music for the game also. But if you have someone in your team who specialises in balancing of games etc it would be great. This is going to be a freemium (Free-to-play with in-app purchases) title, not a premium game. I will try to keep this straight to the point. I am basically looking for a team of developers who can create a game similar to Dragonvale in terms of game mechanics and a game that is highly polished when playing it with no bugs etc when first launched on the App Store. Brief description about game: My game will be mainly about breeding, raising, feeding and levelling up creatures similar to games like Dragonvale, Dragon Story, Tiny Monsters and all those other simulation type games. You can also unlock the characters during levelling up and buildings decorations etc. It will be made for iOS but I ask that the potential developer knows how to port or know how to develop it to other platforms like Android, Facebook. Developers: I am looking for developers who are high trained and skilled and create this game. Once we are in contact I will need to see your experience and past game creations etc. You will have to have a good reputation and show me that you can create a well polished game for a budget price. This leads me onto the pricing. As I am doing this ad to find out how much it would cost to have a good game created I am looking to crowd funding up to a maximum of 10k. The less price the better but I want high quality. So please bare this in mind.
