iOS developer to code app

Hello all, I'm currently seeking a developer who can help complete a project which I'm currently working on. At the moment I have fully designed an iphone iOS app, however I'm a designer and not a coder, and therefore need someone to be able to code the app for me. The app lets users find retail deals which are currently on today in their currently location. I have fully designed the app, however I need it coded to be approved in the apple store, an native app only. I also need the app to have a backend so I can add/edit and update current deals/coupons. The backend also needs to store clients accounts. The app itself will allow users to sign in through an account which they create through the app or by connecting through Facebook and twitter. Therefore it's important that you'll be able to add in Facebook/twitter connect. It's important that the person I work with to help develop this app is based in the UK or has very good english skills and based around Europe or the USA. Regards to timeframe, I'm looking to get this developed within a month. I am also only looking to hire someone who has a good reputation and previous experience on this site. Please let me know if you'll be able to achieve this, and I'll then be able to send over the full coding brief including how the design works to give you a better idea of how the app will work. it's also important the you'll be available in the future to be hired again to help expand/improve the app with updates if required.
