iPhone app - TabBar with MapView/TableView from XML file

Looking for someone to develop a proof-of-concept app. The app will have 4 tab bar items. Tab 1 will link to a UIWebView. Tab 2 will have a MapView and Tab 3 will have a Table View /with Navigation Controller. Both these tabs will get data from local XML file. Tab 4 will have a standard UIView.
The CallOut on the MapView and the Cells on the TableView will display the same data from the XML (to be provided) and link to the same DetailView (a UIWebView).
