android SIP/XMPP app with remote configuration

We're looking for a customized version of CSipSimple with xmpp and sip tls/srtp features and full remote provisioning system. the app should bind with server once with user/pass and form then receive all configuration by api and check frequently based on a time interval. VoIP application (android) - Based on opensource CSipSimple - SIP-TLS / SRTP encryption support - Remote configuration/provisioning o All sip settings, user settings, codec, stun and server settings should be obtained from api o based on user/pass o time based subscription limit o time interval to renew the setting frequently - Always running in background with sip registered. - Hide all setting and server/account information o Can't login or logout of account o Can't edit any account info - Design should be with Dark colors Black/Grey and Blue theme. - Interface will only allow users to do outbound call and internal user based calls - User should be able to dial alphabetic destinations and also have numeric keypad during the call - Disable call recording - Chat Application (android) - Jabber/XMPP chat application based on open source SDKs - SSL/TLS encryption for all communication and messaging - Embedded in the same voip application - Self Destruction time for messages when seen (BOR burn on read) - Design everything to look like highly encrypted and secured in UI/UX (icons and elements) - Add contact feature based on username - Hide all setting and server information - Click on username to start a p2p call (xmpp and sip users will be the same) user management panel - Basic user management system with username / password and expiry time - Ability to define all android configuration per user in database o Server address and protocols o Sip/xmpp username and passwords o Sip/xmpp detailed configuration such as stun, codec, etc. - Api to be used android application that request for configuration SIP/XMPP servers are NOT part of this project and will be provided during development. if you have read the requirement and understand what we need, put "CSIPSIMPLE" in your proposal. we don't contact to automatic proposals.
