BUILD ME AN IOS AND ANDROID APP FOR SERVICE CONCIERGE APP

I'M LOOKING TO HIRE AN IOS AND ANDROID DEVELOPER AND SHOULD WORK FULL TIME WITH MY COMPANY OR TAKE A STAKE WITH SALARY.

I need an app for delivery services if anyone up for it please hit me up. Users should be able to request delivery service for any kinds of products from my company and our company's registered delivery person in the nearby location of the user, will get a request just the way how uber drivers get request.

If they accept they get the location of the user and can go deliver to the user/ or make any purchases requested by the user.
