Classified ad mobile app using React Native to build cross-platform for iOS and Android

This is a classified ad app where user can post ad (with price/description/picture) and other users can search and respond by chat. 1. standard account login, account creation. 2. user can create profiles, filling out some personal information and a profile picture. 3. user can create an ad (like cg list), fill out form and description of the ad. (different categories) 4. users can see ads posted by users nearby (geolocation), can search by keyword/tags, distance 5. Other users can choose to respond to ads by directly start chat with ad posters. 6. users can track those ads he posted and those he responded. 7. It's free to post ads, but a membership subscription is needed to respond to ad. 8. membership subscription payment and user status managment 9. users can follow other users or ad category to receive push notifications of new ad 10. build viral features allow user to share an ad or the app, invite friends. 11. user can set settings and personal preferences. The deliverable must includes UX design, full functional app, and the web admin interface to manage users/ads/variables. I want the app to be build using React Native, and the app will support both iOS and Android. I need the programmer to be online at fixed hours and be view-able through teamviewer/skype while development in process. I would like to give feedback daily and discuss issues and work to find solutions together, lead me in the app submission process to app stores. I would like this working relationship to be long term, as I have a few other project/features need to develop in the future. I prefer to hire the same programmer for future update and new projects.
