Codez une application Android

Hello, I need a freelancer to code an android app. The concept is simple as follows: - Users who would like to post something have to subscribe - They can post a description and photos and publish it in the app - The app must contain categories and filters (i will provide it) - Simple users can see the content that subscribers posted. - The app have to contain code for banners ( it will be posted on google play) PS: A hosted website and domain that will be attached to the database are ready.
