Delivery is a technology platform. Our smartphone apps connect businesses, individuals and dispatch riders.

In cities where Delivery operates, use your delivery app to request a pick up and delivery .When a nearby dispatch company accepts your request, your app displays an estimated time of arrival for the rider -partner heading to your pickup location. Your app notifies you when the rider is about to arrive.

Your app also provides info about the rider with whom you will ride, including first name, motor type and license plate number. This info helps the two of you connect at your pickup location.

When your package is delivered at its destination . Your delivery charge is automatically calculated and charged to the payment method you’ve linked to your Your delivery account.

The delivery app allows you to chose your payment option before you request for courier.

Immediately after the item is delivered, your app will ask you to rate your courier from 1 to 5 Stars. Dispatch riders are also asked to rate shippers and recipients. Delivery feedback system is designed to foster a courier community of respect and accountability for everyone.
