Edit and fix a simple app for Iphone and Android -- 2

Hi Freelancers! We have an app for a business. It is simple, 4 pages (contact, iframe, call, website link) and has notificacions. What we want to do? 1) The app is in spanish: We want the same app but in english, and with a different logo. 2) Problem with notifications in Iphone: Notifications on Android are perfect, but in iphone we cant use is, we dont know if the app is broken or if we dont know how to use it. The budget for this task is: 100usd Hope we can find a good developer for future works too
