Enhancement in Existing Ionic 3 App (Angular, Firebase)

We have an Ionic 3 app which uses Firebase as database. There are certain enhancements required in existing code related to new features along with code review. We are looking for an Angular & Firebase expert who can help us out with required changes. Scope can be broken into 4 major categories: 1. UI Improvements: Minor CSS changes to improve look & feel of existing App. 2. Code Review: Review of existing code and implement best practices related to Angular & Firebase. This will also have changes related to some of the work which can be offloaded to firebase functions. 3. Push Notification using GCM: Push notification process is already implemented but we want someone to improve these notifications using deep linking. 4. New Features: a) New pages for Geocode and Text based search. User should be able to search inside different categories. b) New pages for GPS tracking. Cordova plugin will be used to start geo based tracking. There are 2 views out of which first view will start geo tracking module and second view should be able to see live location. c) Mark presence/absence of the people using geotracking page. d) [login to view URL] integration for dash-boarding. There will be close to 6 dashboard created using chart.js. e) User timeline: Simple user timeline with single picture & comment. f) Rating & comment: Option to comment & rate specific business which should go through a moderation process. g) Options of enabling app's features on the basis of different plans. For example free version will have limited features while Pro version will have all the features. This might require certain UI changes. Scope might increase or decrease by 10-15% depending on outcome of required changes. We need someone who is expert on Angular & Firebase so that whole job can be finished with one week of effort. Ideally it doesn't require more than a week. Our timelines are strict and payment will be dependent on that. Wireframes of required enhancements will be provided using which Ionic pages will be generated. We have Ionic & Angular expertise in our team so all possible support can be provided to explain existing code base.
