html5 videoplayer fullscreen problem and adsense integration

Hello Friends I have little bit problem in my android app. My problems are under. 1- My application does not play embed video players as fullscreen. I dont know why. Normal player is working but full screen is not working. First problem this problem should be fixed. [login to view URL] 2- When user press full screen button; I want adsense ads must open before user watching video. this ad must wait for x seconds or if user click ads video will start to play immediately. example ads is under.
