IONIC and ANGULAR JS work on a Apple and android app.

I am looking for freelancers to work on my app. The work consist of fixing errors, modify section or add features in our app. So, basically, we will go task by task, and pay task by task. So many very small projects, but in the end, it's a big project.
I need freelancers that are EXPERT ONLY in IONIC framework and Angular JS.
First, we will give very small tasks with small milestone to accomplish to test your aptitude and how fast you can work. Then we will give the same freelancer more and more tasks. We want freelancers that will be able to work all year long with our team.
We want long term relationship because we really have lots of work to do.
You must absolutely be able to work on Bitbucket and Sourcetree for this project.
The project will start around February 1st.
