IPTV APP & WEBSITE

Hello, Is it possible for you to create a IPTV app for me which works on SMART TV's Please download the app SMART STB for an example what I want. It's an emulator of Infomir MAG box That's more or less what I want with some improvements and layout changes with my own logo. Also a website is needed to be able to put in IPTV content URL as a user of the app. Then the IPTV provider can activate the subscription by virtual mac address. Do you think you can develop the app?
