IPTV Streaming APK needed for STB and Mobile Devices

I'm looking for someone to make me an apk that will work for Android STB TV boxes, and to link it with an API which i can provide. this app will play live channels and VOD. this project is urgent, so here are the minimum requirements that i expect: 1) if you already have a fully functional app which you can modify to fit my needs, then please provide me a demo to test on our STB boxes and see how it runs, then we can discuss details of all the modifications. 2) if you do not have a ready app, you will still be required to provide proof of similar work completed (IPTV work, not other android work). 3) if you do not own STB(s) for testing, don't bother bidding, i do not want to waste my time or your time. using android emulators WILL NOT WORK at all, please don't bother trying. 4) your big time needs to be very accurate because the project is urgent and it's late, i have no more room for mistakes to waste time. so please be accurate when making your bid. ask questions if you need clarifications so you can adjust your bid accordingly. 5) extremely high bids that cost too much will be ignored, because i really wanted to pay a large amount of money for this project, i would just hire someone local instead of a freelancer. 6) i will provide the full payment in a single milestone, but i will not release any of it before the project is 100% completed. so i will not be paying partial payments for a partial job. you finish the full project 100%, you get paid full money 100%. 7) once the project is done and the app runs to my expectations, we will be in touch for every future update, and you'll be the only person to deal with whenever we need a new update. 8) you will need to provide me FULL SOURCE of everything as part of this project.
