issue with cordova plugin fcm and visual studio 2017

I installed the cordova plugin fcm in my cordova application project on visual studio, when i build android, throw many errors, i tried with other plugins like cordova plugin firebase, but throws other errors. I think could be a bad installation of android sdk in Visual Studio. Need help on teamviewer to check configuration of the blank project with only cordova plugin.
