How are you.
The task is to write a simple bash script that will compile a "Hello World" application by calling the appropriate command line utilities (aapt2, kotlinc, dx, etc). The application was created by downloading the latest stable copy of AndroidStudio and creating an "Empty Activity" with Kotlin selected. Example application attached.
To help you get started and get a sense of what I'm looking for, there is an older script that uses the old version of aapt here: [login to view URL]
Your script should be upgraded to use aapt2 instead of aapt1, and should invoke kotlinc directly instead of invoking javac through ant. The script should invoke the platform command line utilities directly, and should not involve any build system (gradle/buck/ant/etc).
This is a starter task. If you do well, more work is available.
