So, do you have an intention to create native application in future then it is better to develop the architecture in this way. Or if you have requirement to push the data in real time then I would prefer to use Signar instead others. SignalR allows bi-directional communication between server and client. Servers can now push content to connected clients instantly as it becomes available. E-commerce Platform and forum both you have not chosen yet. So, why not a ready CMS? CMS will give you e-commerce as an open source and at the same time Forum. Still, I do not think it is the best time to comments without know about the requirement.
