I need someone to make an application for handwriting recognition from mobile input using a stylus or swiping a finger. This is not image processing but "Pattern Recognition". Language is not English but like "Arabic/Urdu/Persian". Flow: Unprocessed input >Processing(Uniforming, Smoothing, De-hooking)>Feature Extraction > Recognition >Output Deliverable: Complete running application with training data and small data dictionary, complete algorithms with details and documentation. I can provide you with few research paper and some sample algos but developer has to do his/her own research to provide the best results.
