I need an iPhone/iPad app. I would like it designed and built. I would like to hire the right person to build an iPhone/iPad landscape design app that is simple and intuitive enough that any novice gardener, inspired homeowner, or lawn maintenance crew leader can use, but detailed and functional enough that a veteran landscape designer would benefit from using it in their business. There are very few landscape design apps in the App Store and the 2 most notable (Pro Landscape and iScape) each have flaws that go uncorrected because they have no competition to drive innovation. The łname of the game is rich app design, new concepts that preserve real word functionality and that could bring additional revenue streams from landscape nursery business that hold patents on new breeds that would also aid us in the development and promotion side since it would be mutually beneficial. Here is what I what I'm wanting in simple terms is: on an app that allows for built-in camera function so users can take photos of their homes, places of business , etc . with their devices and eaislly drag and drop, resize, duplicate, edit , and improve the design any way they want.  There would be different levels of experience for the same app. The novice will experience the app almost like a dress up game for their homes where they on different plants and trees and maybe showing it to the lawn boy on their iPad. To those in the business the app will be a useful tool that would help them sell jobs, bid more accurately and provide the customer with many different looks for the same space. To the growers it would be a promotional catalog that will help customers recognize their brand and encourage designers to incorporate them more often in their concept designs. Then I will be in for this and content downloads like lighting elemenfs as, statuary and hardscapes, fountains, seasonal elements etc.
