I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. I don't know the best app , I don't have a idea what it should be like , but still I need it to be of people's daily life in there android phones and should be of Google terms and conditions favor it should be approved by every store , I need it to be on top rank it's up to you . Features of app (App should be smooth on even the slowest phones ) (It should really of use to everyone who uses any mobile user friendly ) (It should get popular with in two weeks ) (Ads should be placed in that app of mine ad types like banner , video, interstitial ) (It should be not only on play store but also on 10 other stored and two high traffic sites) (Payment is only given when the app is approved by me and a document with all the ownership of the app is given to me should be signed by the creator ) (App can be of any type game,Ai, others,etc) Creator should mention the use and why there thing it will be most of user use ) If it's good after the launch of android he should build same app with is policy to place on app store) (App should be of investment 7/9 total limit for either promotion of app or creating it uploading it on play store and other third party store ) ( where come to ioso. The cost is different for uploading and creating it)
