Mobile Game Development - Unity 3D

I'm looking for a full time unity developer to update several older mobile games to the newest version of unity, along to their highest API level. These games will be released on Android & IOS, but Android first.
Once this is finished there will be constant work to create new games & remake old ones.
I would prefer to ease to pay a monthly rate to the developer long term but will switch to a per project basis depending on skill.
The source codes provided will be finished or almost finished, the biggest issue is they only run on API level 26 & so are no longer allowed on either play store.
Really looking for long term collaboration, this is a post I want filled for years to come & so comes with increased rewards as it grows in demand.
Would be extra advantegeous if you have basic photoshop skills & 3D modelling skills. But primarily you must program C# & have intricate knowledge of unity development.
