I can provide u to unlock your cycle by using bluetooth and I dont think using QR code is any reasonable option there. You can contact me for any question I will try my best to answer you as soon as possible.

I will use Ionic for mobile app because of you can build on Android and iOS. After scanning, data under json format will be sent to Nodejs server for processing and do more things then. Relevant Skills and Experience I have experient in Adruino, Ionic, Nodejs, Uart Bluetooth module, or other modules as you require.
