Technical project manager for web and mobile apps

We're looking for a technical project manager to be responsible for end to end management of several web and mobile app projects. The tasks include, but are not limited to, communication with non-tech savvy clients, communication and management of developers, writing project specification documents, technical oversight and approval, agile delivery, report writing, testing, conflict management and more.
We're looking for someone with:
- Deep understanding of technology and the web
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (with tech and non-tech people)
- The ability to juggle between multiple projects with different stakeholders
Understanding of common agile methodologies will be highly appreciated. Ideally you have some first-hand experience building websites or mobile apps.
You need to be located in London, UK.
