I need an app that will allow for a video, or text complaint to be made about a specific person, place, or thing. SO we need to be able to record a live video and attach an informal complaint to the geo location (Think of the geo tag in instagram)
The only function I did not mention is we would like for these "complaints" to be added into a forum type website. Where the complaints can be ranked with up vote or down vote. I can create this website myself but I need a way for the app to interact directly with the website (Wordpress).
