Hi, We are creating an app with Ionic3 which use Ionic Framework and we want to use Twilio API with VoIP Features to make in touch between a teacher and student who are using at the same time our app anc speaking by phone and resolving the exercise together, and we want also to use recording conversation feature, Our app it's used on Smartphone, Tablet and PC, So we want to know if this work is in your capabilities and how much time you need to do this job ? and when are you available ? and what is your cost ?
