Write an Android application

I need an Android text parsing app. The app has to parse through text files and then print out matching records into a new file. The app has to parse one or more text-files saved on the mobile. The text files have records beginning with a delimiter, where each record is 1-2 lines long. The app has to parse through these files and extract records containing user-inputted keywords. All records having the target keyword(s) have to printed into a new file. Sometimes, we search for only 1 keyword, and sometimes 2 keywords. The parsed records have to be rendered suitably on the screen. I will need source code and the APK file. The app must present a simple menu with these features. Sample txt-file attached.
